Academic Support

At STEM Learning Lab, we believe that ALL students can, and should, be proficient in all academic areas – including math, science and technology – to ensure they are well-equipped for our rapidly changing, technology-rich world.

Tutoring Centre
STEM Learning Lab offers academic support in the form of homework help, essay-writing, test-taking, studying skills, and exam preparation. Our dynamic team of academic experts helps students in grades 7-12 improve their academic performance, develop meaningful connections to course content and understand its application to the real world. Our tutoring centre provides small class sizes with a maximum of three students per instructor, which maximizes one-on-one interactions and ensures that each student receives individualized attention. The tutoring center is located at our main building at 7101 5th Street SE (2nd floor), where we provide a quiet, spacious, and modern facility that is the ideal learning environment.

We will also be providing Diploma Exam Preparation packages.

Central Memorial High School
We’re excited to offer high-quality academic support programs delivered by our dynamic team of academic experts to students in Grades 10-12 at select schools in Calgary.

Central Memorial High School has been one of our partner schools since October 2017. At the Central Memorial High School – National Sports Academy Program, student athletes in the NSA receive support to achieve their academic goals in addition to their athletic goals. Support sessions are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning 8:00AM – 8:50AM. Please note that because our teacher-to-student ratios are small, space is limited. This is a first-come, first-served offering.

To register, please email for the most up-to-date schedule.
